How do photos get onto the frame?
Install the free app on your phone, pair it with the frame using the code shown on screen, and send photos or short videos. They appear within seconds over WiFi. You can also load photos from a microSD card or USB stick.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No subscription is required. Sending photos and short videos to the frame is free. The companion app may offer optional paid extras, but you never need them.
Can the whole family send photos?
Yes. Invite as many family members and friends as you like. The frame owner can remove anyone at any time.
Is it easy enough for grandparents?
Yes. Once it is on WiFi there is nothing to do: new photos simply appear. The touchscreen lets them swipe back through photos, like or reply.
How long does shipping take?
