The Black Friday bundle offer runs from Friday, November 27 at 12:00 AM Eastern until Monday, November 30 at 11:59 PM Eastern.

Do I need a discount code?

No. The extra bundle discount is applied automatically at checkout when you choose 2 or 3 frames.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days. For Christmas delivery, order by December 10.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Can I pre-load photos before gifting it?

Yes. Set it up on your own WiFi, add photos, then wrap it. When it's connected to the new WiFi, the photos stay on the frame and family can keep sending more.
